Welcome to game 6 Turbo Night. This month's league was full of surprises, from Larry actually showing up, to Scott and Foster twinning all night long.
Joe Shinn brought The Rock as a card protector instead of his Penguin helped him make a small run. Larry described the Rock as a "Krauszers Meth Head". Speaking of Larry, who is known for skipping out on poker league nights shocked everyone by actually showing up this time. But alas, he had to leave early when he made it to the final table because his girlfriend needed him. We can't blame him for that, but we can't help but wonder if he's ever going to win a game!
Scott and Foster, on the other hand, decided to match outfits and be twinning all night long. We're not sure if it was their attempt at psychological warfare or just a fashion statement, but it definitely made for a fun night.
In other news, we might have a new podcast starting with Foster, Samero, and Scott, where they'll delve into the world of international conspiracies. We can't wait to see what they come up with!
Keane is still holding the lead in the league after Samero punted him a full stack. But Cicali, Rick, and the Lopresti brothers are hot on his tail. But don't count anyone out just yet, as there's still plenty of time for things to change.
Speaking of Scott, he managed to angle his quad 10s when they hit on the board, much to the chagrin of his opponents. And Mikey Mush Lopresti had a stroke of luck when he won the lottery. The other Lopresti, Matthew.... won after taking out Rick.
The next league night will be at Mike Lopresti's, 30 min levels, in Lumberton on March 20th at 7:15 pm. So mark your calendar.
